SHIPPING POLICY

Our Approach to Shipping

We believe postage should be fair. Rather than charging a blanket rate on every order, we use staggered shipping costs based on the size and weight of what you've ordered — so you only pay what reflects the actual cost of getting your cards to you safely, including careful packaging to protect every order in transit.

UK Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping — £1.99 Applies to: Up to 100g, Delivered via Royal Mail, estimated 2–3 business days from dispatch.

Bundle Shipping — £2.99 Applies to: 100g - 250g Delivered via Royal Mail, estimated 2–3 business days from dispatch.

Free Standard Shipping On all orders over £50.

We ship to UK addresses only.

All cards are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being received. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@evolvecollecttc.co.uk.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is estimated at 2–3 business days from dispatch. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@evolvecollecttc.co.uk and we'll investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Packaging

All cards are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the condition described. Bundles are packed securely to prevent damage in transit.

Local Collection If you're based locally and would prefer to collect your order in person, we're happy to arrange this. Contact us at hello@evolvecollecttc.co.uk before ordering and we'll agree a suitable time and location. Local collection is free of charge.
